what do you do to get rid of your stress?

    I usually walk every evening to calm myself and feel better. If that doesn't work, I have a long hot bath with candles.

  2. Hi, Annie. In my case, I go to jog on the playground. That makes me feel better. After exercising, I can usually get over any kind of stress.

  3. Hi, Annie. Well, I usually listen to my favorite songs. These days I'm into Keane's music. And sometimes I go out for shopping~

  4. Hi, Annie. I usually do yoga twice a day. In the morning before breakfast, and at night before go to sleep. 10 years ago, I met a so stressful situation. And then I learned the yoga. It is really usefull to be free from stress.

  5. Annie, we should take care of the blog more.^^
    To get rid of my stress...

    1. exercise - hiking, walking or play badminton
    2. good food and enough sleep
    3. meet my close friends and hang around with them
    4. leave to another area as a trip

    This weekend, I hope to take a trip but I'm not sure~ ㅜ

    Your quesion sounds similiar to Janey's. To get rid my stress, I usually sleep after having a big bowl of coffee. I don't think you believe my words, but it's still true. Coffee doesn't work for me. Nothing can beat me. Only hunger and sleep beat me. Aren't they easy ones for common people to conquor? Unfortunately, not for me. I'm a very simple person having a small brain!!!

    Actually, I don't remember what answer I gave to the other trainee's question similiar to yours. Sorry~

    It was interesting to read your classmate's answers to this question. I walk everyday and listen to my audiobook which relaxes me. I'm not stressed out a lot these days but I still walk as much as possible.

  8. Hi, Annie! My ways are similar with Angelina's. Exercising, delicious food, music, sound sleep, etc. And I think I'm so positive, optimistic. I try to enjoy only one my life.
